Nutty and chocolatey, this Fairtrade coffee is made from organic beans that are grown at extreme altitudes in the Inca heartland of the Andes. It has smooth, rich taste with overtones that are similar to fine dark chocolate.
This is a whole-bean coffee that can be used in any machine regardless of whether it's a filter, manual or pump. A 227g package typically produces 30 cups of coffee.
Organic
The chocolatey, nutty flavours of this coffee come from its high-altitude residence in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400 metres above sea level in the Chanchamayo province of Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
1kg arabica coffee beans and fair trade coffee beans are hand-picked on the outskirts of the Andes then expertly roasted for full-bodied flavor. The nutty flavors, combined with dark chocolate notes will make you get up from the bed each morning.
